Refund & Exchange Policy

At The Kit Yard, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible.

We do not offer returns or refund, unless an item is delivered damaged.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, we will aim to resolve any issues promptly. 

We understand the importance of ensuring the correct fitting/sizing for our customers. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to carefully review our size charts and select the appropriate size before making a purchase. We cannot be held responsible if you have chosen the wrong size.

In line with this commitment, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and exchanges:

1. All Sales Are Final: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or any other reason. Only if a product is damaged you can contact us.

2. Exchange Policy: We do not offer exchanges for products purchased from our store. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of their order before completing the purchase.

3. Defective or Damaged Products: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

4. Exceptions: Our no refund & exchange policy does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws.

5. Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled up to 24hrs from confirmation of order. If you would like to cancel/amend, please contact us within 24hrs of order.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed & shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
